(SEPA <br />Earth, Watcr and Environmental Nealth Policies) <br />During construction activities, all spills of fuel and hazardous materials must be <br />contained and removed in such a manner as to prevent their entering the waters and <br />soils of the State. Cleanup of spills m�st take precedence over other work on site. <br />(SEPA Earth, Water and Environmental Health Policies) <br />During co�struction, all petroleum products, chemicals, and building materials that <br />could contaminate runoff must be stored in a lined covered area. An impervious <br />berm must be conswcted around the perimetcr of the storage area. The storage <br />area must be la:ated away from environmentally sensitive areas.
