m <br />� . � �.. : � �� . <br />Stream, BuJj`er, and Slopes of 40% and Gr•eater: Best management practices must be <br />followed for alt work within the stream and associated buffer and for all work within <br />25 feet of slopes of 40� and greater per Condition 1 on pages I8 and 19. See <br />Condition 12 on page 6 of this determination for Zoning Code conditions related to <br />potential utility crossing of the stream and buffer. <br />All trash located in the stream corridor and its buffer must be removed on at least a <br />semi-annual basis following construction per Condition 8 on page 29. <br />Landscaping: The landscape plan should demonstrate an attempt to provide at least <br />75� of the landscaping on the site in native, hybrid native or drought tolerant species <br />per Condition 4 on page 21. Permanent irrigation systems will not be required for <br />areas planted with these types of species. Exotic invasive species must be controlled. <br />English ivy shall not be permitted in landscaped areas per Condition 7 on page 21. <br />6. Wat r sali(y/H�rdo�s Maceriaic: If hazardous marerials will be used on-site, the <br />proponent must comply with Condition 1 on page 29. <br />Application of fungicides, herbicides, insecticides and fertilizers is prohibited on the <br />site from January through April per Condition 3 on page 30. <br />All storm drains must be stenciled with language similar to the following: "Dump No <br />Waste, Drains to (Stream/Wetland/Groundwater)" per Condition 4 on page 30. The <br />treattnent should be repeated approximately annually. <br />During construction activities, all spills must be contained and removed in such manner <br />as to prevent their entering the waters and soils of the state. Cleanup of spills shall <br />take precedence over other site work per Condition 5 on page 30 and Condition 2 on <br />page 39. <br />Toxi /u �ardo �� Mat riaic: During construction all petroleum products, chemicals and <br />building materials that could contaminate runoff must be stored in a lined covered area <br />per Condition 3 on page 39. The location of this area must be show�n on the plans <br />submitted for permits. <br />A hazardous materials inventory list shall be provided as a part of the submittal for <br />building permits per Condition 4 on page 39. <br />Dumpsters must be covered and maintained so that stormwater dces not drain through <br />the dumpsters and enter storm drains or infiltrate the soil per Condition 5 on page 39. <br />On sites containing hazardous materials, procedures to use in case of spills must be <br />posted per Condition 6 on page 39. <br />All chemicals or products of a hazardous or toxic nature that may be used or stored on <br />the site must be stored under cover and isolated from the storm drainage system per <br />Condition 7 on page 39. <br />8 Ill�mi2tion of parkine .ots• Illumination of parking lots should be a minimum of 3-4 <br />foot-candles per Condition 1 on page 40. <br />
