Location must be approved by the Fire Marshal. 23. The premises must be cleazly identified by address at the street entry. Each building must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. Each suite must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible hom the access road. 24. Security Fence - My securiry fence erected around the consaucdon site shall be located so as to not obsuvct any existing hydrant, fire protcction equipment, or Fire Deparanent access. If Fire Department access is obstructed, gates or other openings shall be provided for access. 25. When access to or within a strucrure or an area is unduly difficult because of secured openings or where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire-fighting purposes, the Fire Department cn� xcommend or require a key box to be instalted in an accessible location. PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL EtEQUIRED FIRE HYDRANTS AND FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS MUST BE IN SERVICE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION. 27. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use ef all known, available, and reasonahle means of controlling air pollu[ion, including dust. Dust ge�rated during construction activities can be controlied by wetting those dust sources such as areas of exposed soils, washing avck wheels before they leave the site, and instaliing and maintaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is also a major dust source. Any evidence of track-out can trigger violations and fines from the Departmen[ of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency. 28.
