� <br />Plans for su�h system shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review andapproval <br />prior to ins�llation. Submittal shall include cut sheeu of all equipmeM intended for <br />use. Appropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Department inspecror, shall be � <br />perfomxd, along with a certificate of completion, prior to finat acceptance of [he <br />system. <br />Fire alarm systems shall be installed according to NFPA Standard 72. <br />Fire alarm systems shall be installed under permit of the City of Everett Building <br />Jeparanent. Fire laces must be provided aS required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire lanes <br />must be identified by red curbs with w6ite stenciling stating "NO PARKING - FIRE <br />LANE" and vertical signs stating "NO PARKING - FIItE i.ANE - TOW AWAY <br />ZONE." Location must be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />23. The premises must be cleazly identified by address at the street entry. Each building <br />must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. Each <br />suite must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible hom the access road. <br />24. Security Fence - My securiry fence erected around the consaucdon site shall be <br />located so as to not obsuvct any existing hydrant, fire protcction equipment, or Fire <br />Deparanent access. If Fire Department access is obstructed, gates or other openings <br />shall be provided for access. <br />25. When access to or within a strucrure or an area is unduly difficult because of secured <br />openings or where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire-fighting <br />purposes, the Fire Department cn� xcommend or require a key box to be instalted in <br />an accessible location. PREMISE IDENTIFICATION AND ALL EtEQUIRED FIRE HYDRANTS AND <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS MUST BE IN SERVICE PRIOR TO <br />COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION. <br />27. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use ef all known, available, and <br />reasonahle means of controlling air pollu[ion, including dust. Dust ge�rated during <br />construction activities can be controlied by wetting those dust sources such as areas of <br />exposed soils, washing avck wheels before they leave the site, and instaliing and <br />maintaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is also a <br />major dust source. Any evidence of track-out can trigger violations and fines from the <br />Departmen[ of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency. <br />28. No additional driveway accesses are permitted to this site. <br />29. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed <br />devete�ment.
