A Public Works Permit is requircd for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance <br />with City Design and Consnvcaon Standards shail be submitted to the Public Works <br />Depamnent showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage. <br />temporary consavction eros►on control, and all required improvements in the public <br />right-of-way. Public Works Departrnent approval of these drawings is required prior <br />to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved, and <br />warranted before Occupancy pecmics are issued. <br />2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to �not impact the surrounding <br />properties. <br />3. This project must comply with th�: current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br />Ordinance. <br />4. Ciry Streets are to be kept cleaz of dirt and debris at all tirtxs during the consuuction. <br />Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public R'orks <br />Inspector. <br />S. Speciai charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance wi[h <br />Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revisions are applicable. These chazges are based <br />on projected water usage and can be substantiai. The Applicant is encouraged to obtain <br />a copy of the ordinance and detennine estimated charges prior to building permit <br />application. The actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Deparanent <br />per the ordinance in effect at the time of building permit issuance. <br />6. A one-yeaz warranty is required on the public improvements for an amount not less <br />chan 10% of the cost of construction and shall run for one yeaz from the date of final <br />approval/issuance of the firs[ Occupancy Permit. <br />7. On-site watermain will be staked within an easemen[ co the City. The easement must <br />be submitted to the Ciry prior to the issuance of permits. <br />8. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems must be submitted per <br />Ciry Design and Construction Standards and Specifications. <br />9. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works <br />Insper.ror. <br />10. If the proposed fill is intended to support structures at a later date, the fill shall be . <br />placed in accordance with Chapter 70 of �he Uniform Building Code. Should the <br />applicant not wish to construct a fill intended to support a structure at a later date, the <br />applicant will be required to submit a letter to che City so stating.
