OTHER REQUIREMENTS <br />A Public Works Pertnit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with <br />City Design and Construction Siandards shall be submitted to the Public Works <br />Department, showing utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion contrul, and <br />all required impcovements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Deputment approval <br />of these drawings is required prior to any pertnits being issued. All improvements,shall be <br />completed, spproved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />2, Any gradinglfil] on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding propeRies. <br />3. This project must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br />Ordinance. <br />4. Special chazges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with <br />Ordinance 1998-094 and subsequent revision are applicable. These chazges aze based on <br />projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of <br />the Ordinance and determine estimated chazges prior to building permit application. The <br />actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in <br />effect at the time and according to the information on the approved plans at the time of <br />building permit issuance. <br />5. Detention of stormwater runoff is required in accordance with City standards. Provision of <br />this required detention in the regional pond at Hazdeson Road and Mecrill reek Pazkway is <br />allowed but will decrease the volume available for future Seaway Center projects by an <br />amount equal ta this site's detention requirement. <br />6. Any future user of the site must comply with all applicable city source control BMP's. <br />7. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval <br />of these plans. <br />8. City streets aze to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust <br />suppression and street cleaning must accur as directed by the Public Norks Inspector. <br />9. A one-year �varranty is required on the public improvement for an amount not less than <br />10% of the cost of construction and shall ntn for one year from the date of issuance of the <br />first Occupancy Permit. , <br />10. On-site watermain will be staked within an easement to the city. The easement will be <br />submitted to the city prior to issuance of permits. <br />11. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be <br />submitted Design and Construction Standazds and Specifications for Development. <br />12. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works <br />Inspector. <br />13. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the comp.�tion of construction. If <br />reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the ground must be covered <br />with mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br />14. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br />commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br />
