DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA 026-M <br />MMUTU <br />APR 301998 <br />C08RA CONSTRUCTION CO. <br />DESCPTION OF PROPOSAL: Construction of three major buildings - two <br />wareRIhouses Of 1 , square feet and 20,160 square feet, and a two-story <br />office building of 4,000 square feet. Approximately 1800 cubic yards cut <br />and fill will be required for this project. The <br />listed requirements are placed in response to our review of this <br />Information: <br />Agencies with Jurisdiction: None <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA: <br />1. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the <br />surrounding properties. Any retaining wall greater than three feet <br />high along a property line must be reviewed and approved by the <br />Planning Department. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies) <br />2. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided so <br />that they are not visible from adjacent properties or public <br />rights -of -way. The disposal areas must be shown on the site plan <br />submitted for building permits. (SEPA Aesthetics Policies) <br />MITIGATION REQUIRED BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES: <br />1. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer <br />than 50 feet of every structure per Ordinance 473-80. (SEPA Public <br />Services and Utilities Policies) <br />
