DESCPTION OF PROPOSAL: Construction of three major buildings - two wareRIhouses Of 1 , square feet and 20,160 square feet, and a two-story office building of 4,000 square feet. Approximately 1800 cubic yards cut and fill will be required for this project. The structures will be of steel construction on continuous concrete foundation and the main building will contain a bottling assembly line for soft drinks. The listed requirements are placed in response to our review of this Information: Agencies with Jurisdiction: None MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA: 1. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. Any retaining wall greater than three feet high along a property line must be reviewed and approved by the Planning Department. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies) 2. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided so that they are not visible from adjacent properties or public rights -of -way. The disposal areas must be shown on the site plan submitted for building permits. (SEPA Aesthetics Policies) MITIGATION REQUIRED BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES: 1.
