Calculations <br />shall also indicate that U.B.C. Sections 2610 and 2614 <br />relative to thickness to height ratio is complied with <br />for Seismic Zone 3. <br />Provide certification that.the two-hour old concrete mix <br />provided for panel Nos. 54, 55, 56, 5;, 58, 59, 112, 113, <br />114, 115 and 116 meets strength requirements (3,000 lb. psi). <br />Cascade Testing Laboratory's <br />placement of the �8 and the <br />grid line 7-M is apparently <br />clarified by Cascade Testing <br />resolved. <br />Report No. 34467 regarding the <br />k9 bars in the westerly 10' of <br />erroneous. This should be <br />Laboratory and the issue then <br />5. Provide certification that the concrete placed in pilasters <br />where consolidation was achieved by mallet meets design <br />criteria and that the reinforcing was installed in comoliance <br />witli the plans and specifications. <br />G(a) 6(b). Ho�vever, the engineer should <br />certify that there is no distress sho�aing at the present <br />ti�ne and backfilling is placed immediately and compacted to <br />the finish grade elevation. Soils report shall be provided <br />indicating that compaction meets code requirements. <br />We will arprove the revised detail on the engineer's drawing <br />SK-2 as an alternate to the ori9inal desion for the panel <br />top connections at Grid 13. <br />� <br />J <br />� <br />
