The Structural Engineer has approved the weldina which has <br />been done to date. All future welding shall be inspected <br />by the Special Inspector and all weldinq shall be accomp- <br />lished by W.A.B.O. certified oielders. <br />9. All soils reports and correspondence from the Soils Enyineer <br />shall be submitted to the City of Everett Bu?lding Department <br />for determination of code requirements. <br />10. Provide calculations indicating that the floor slab to panel <br />connections (straight bars in lieu of hooks) meet code <br />requirements where panel thicknesses were reduced to 5#". <br />Calculations shall slso indicate that U.B.C. Sections 2610 <br />and 26?4 relative to thickness to height ratio is complied <br />with for Seismic Zone 3. <br />11. We will approve the revisions indicated on �rawing SK-1, <br />Detail D, for an alternate panel connection and SK-4 for <br />beam support pilaster. <br />12. Apparently the structural slab to the floor slab connections <br />have been omitted.
