MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />GENERAL HOSPITAL OF EVERETT FOR <br />APPROVAL -OF A SPECIAL PROPERTY USE <br />" PERMIT SPU 17-81 <br />1 ' <br />Motions having been received from the City of Everett and the Applicant requesting an <br />extension of time to submit further testimony and evidence for a Special property Use <br />Permit; and <br />The motions based on the need for extra time to evaluate, develop and implement pro- <br />grams of traffic usage; and <br />The motions appearing to be reasonable; <br />TKEREFORE, the Findings of Fact, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the Hearing Examiner <br />for the above cited hearing dated July 24, 1981, are hereby amended as follows: <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. The Special Property Use Permit shall be in effect until Geteber-t7 <br />4981.7 Janes 7 1982. On that date there will be a hearing on the <br />issue on whet epi r to continue the Permit or to terminate it.
