5 <br /> 3. The project schedule will be updated monthly during periods of active work by the Contractor and <br /> will be current as of the date the invoice is prepared. <br /> 4. Some phases of the project may not be within the control of the Contractor such that delays might <br /> result in extra work or escalated labor costs incurred by the Contractor. <br /> Work Products: <br /> 1. Monthly progress reports with descriptions of the work performed and cost of associated work. <br /> 2. Monthly standard invoice. <br /> 3. Monthly summary table of charges for tasks including original estimates, current invoice charges,and <br /> totals invoiced to date,remaining budget and totals for each category. <br /> 4. Updated monthly cash flow tabulation. <br /> 5. Monthly(Microsoft-Project)updated project design schedule. <br /> 6. Meeting minutes for key meetings conducted. Deliver to City within 5 working days of the meeting. <br /> Task 2 — Surveying and Mapping <br /> This task includes field surveys and the preparation of base mapping to meet the City's standards. <br /> Contractor Responsibilities: <br /> 1. Coordinate survey data collection formats to be compatible with the City's GIS database. <br /> 2. Tie all survey work and coordinate systems for the sites into the City's mapping coordinate system <br /> (NAD 83/91) using at least two monuments for each project location. The mapping will comply <br /> with the National Map Accuracy Standards for 1" = 20 scale mapping. Digital files shall also be in <br /> AutoCAD 2005/2006 with the City of Everett layering conventions, standard symbols, and attributes <br /> as described in the latest revision of the "Surveying and CAD Standards for the City of Everett". <br /> Digital files shall be two-dimensional with individual line segments connecting points (no <br /> polylines). Point blocks with number identifier, elevation and description fields will also be <br /> included. Digital files will be contiguous for each project and at a one-to-one scale in model space. <br /> 3. Horizontal control (NAD 83/91) and vertical control (NAVD 88) shall be established from the <br /> nearest approved City control monument for each of the various project sites. Control monument <br /> selection and survey methodology to be used shall be coordinated with and approved by the City <br /> prior to beginning the control survey. All survey control work shall be recorded in a City-supplied <br /> field book. Establishment of new control monuments shall conform to the "Surveying and CAD <br /> Standards for the City of Everett". <br /> 4. Order design locates (surface markings) of all known underground conductible utilities and <br /> coordinate with City water crews to physically locate all water service connections in the field, and <br /> incorporate those locations into the base maps. All other underground utility lines and services to be <br /> approximated based on painted surface markings and/or existing record as-built drawings obtained. <br /> 5. Show right-of-way, centerline and property boundaries on plans. Do not mark or field locate unless <br /> directed by the City.
