5 <br /> 3. Provide property reports, plats, right-of-way maps and other legal documents that would depict <br /> property lines, easements and other boundary locations. <br /> 4. Review electronic copy of basemap for compliance with City CAD standards and provide written <br /> comments. <br /> 5. Provide an electronic copy of the recent survey mapping for the East Marine View Drive roadway <br /> improvement project. Provide survey field books and other survey control information related to the <br /> East Marine View Drive roadway improvement project. <br /> Work Products: <br /> 1. Provide base mapping at scale of 1"=20' and topographic contours at 1' intervals and cross sections <br /> for streets and alleys at driveways and garages etc. <br /> 2. Provide copies of field notes, City field book with survey control data, computer listings and <br /> computer readable files of the survey data points. <br /> 3. Provide copies of all utility service record as-built drawings obtained. <br /> 4. Provide paper copies of the survey control drawing for project. <br /> 5. Provide paper and computer readable recovery forms for all monuments discovered and coordinated <br /> by GPS methods. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> 1. It is estimated that there will be 8 monuments disturbed by the construction contractor. <br /> 2. It will not be necessary to enter private residences or buildings to survey basements or obtain other <br /> information. <br /> 3. Field survey mapping and IDS information related to property lines, right-of-way and easements <br /> depicted on the drawings is approximate and is not intended to represent a precise boundary or <br /> property survey. <br /> 4. The Consultant may utilize some of the mapping (done by Perteet Inc.) provided by the City for the <br /> East Marine View Drive street improvement project. Additional survey and mapping will be done by <br /> the Contractor as needed for a complete and contiguous plan. <br /> 5. It is assumed that utility pothole location information will not be needed for these project sites. <br /> 6. Some limited pavement core information for design will be obtained from the geotechnical borings <br /> and supplemental pavement core thickness information will be provided by the City. <br /> Task 3 — Geotechnical Study <br /> This task will include subsurface explorations, laboratory analysis, interpretation and report preparation to <br /> provide necessary criteria for design, bidding and construction conditions for trenching, backfill, <br /> pavement and other factors related to trenching, dewatering and pipe installation in the soils at the project <br /> 15 <br /> Sewer System Replacement"H" Dec 16,2005 <br /> Amendment 3, Scope of Services Page 6 550502(UP3206) <br />
