CHS to provide CPM schedule. <br /> Task 6— Permitting <br /> This task includes efforts in collaboration with the City to secure permits for the project. <br /> Contractor Responsibilities: <br /> 1. Review the City's permit checklist,applications and attachments for project permits including erosion <br /> and sedimentation control plan. Assist the City with preparation of a SEPA Checklist for the project. <br /> City Responsibilities: <br /> 1. City will take the lead in processing permits not otherwise covered in this scope. <br /> 2. City will prepare the initial draft of the SEPA checklist and other environmental permit applications if <br /> needed. <br /> Work Products: <br /> 1. Miscellaneous graphic exhibits,reference plans and technical support. <br /> Task 7— Public Involvement <br /> 1. Assist the City in conducting one neighborhood open house meeting(graphic materials, presentation, <br /> etc.)at approximately 60%progress. <br /> 2. Participate in one individual meeting or other interaction with neighborhood residents to develop <br /> design and cost issues. <br /> City Responsibilities: <br /> 1. City will take the lead in conducting public involvement activities,mailing etc. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> 1. Assume a very minimal level of involvement by the Contractor. <br /> Work Products: <br /> 1. Miscellaneous graphic exhibits, reference plans and presentation support. <br /> Task 8— Bidding <br /> This task provides assistance to the City during bidding and award of the projects. It is planned that all <br /> four project areas will be constructed as one project. However, at the City's discretion, the NE area may <br /> be removed from the contract documents and inserted into the contract documents for the East Marine <br /> View Drive Roadway Improvements project.
