E4
g7T . s
AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER AND ABA l'E PROPERTY
I, James Flippin, am the owner of the dwelling at 3310 Rucker Avenue, Everett,Washington.
I understand that on March 31, 2005, the City of Everett's Violation Hearings Examiner ordered the city to take
steps to abate the nuisance problems found by the Hearings Examiner on January 20, 2005, at 3310 Rucker
Avenue, Everett,Washington.
I have not been able to complete the abatement myself and I agree with the Violations Hearings Examiner order
that it is necessary for the city or its agent to enter the property to complete the abatement.
I have examined the bid submitted by Service Master to abate the nuisance both inside the residence and on the
outside of the property and am in agreement that Service Master should be hired by the City of Everett to
conduct the abatement.
I will have removed all personal items I wish to keep by 9 a.m., April 5, 2005. Anything remaining within the
residence or on the property I do not wish to keep and may be removed and destroyed. Therefore, I hold the
City of Everett and its agent harmless regarding the existence of any personal property remaining within the
dwelling or on the grounds at 3310 Rucker Avenue.
I understand that Service Master employees will be on the property grounds and will enter the residence at 3310
Rucker Avenue. I further understand that they will remove all soiled property from within the residence and
dispose of it.
I further give permission for the City of Everett to remove the 1992 Mitsubishi Montero and the 2000 Subaru
Legacy which are parked on the east side of the property at 3310 Rucker Avenue. I understand that the vehicles
and whatever remains inside the vehicles shall be destroyed by a crusher at a salvage yard.
I also understand that the costs incurred by the City of Everett to abate the property will be charged to me and if
not paid in the time set by the Everett Municipal Code, will become a lien assessed against the property.
L. es Flippin
April 4, 2005
Witnesses to signature:
"4 "►
Print name: ShrpPe C ,rnt Name: ' n'c - tams'
12
City v.
