- <br /> • 2005 STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement <br /> Page 5 <br /> duplicate, use, and disclose in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever, all materials <br /> prepared under this Agreement. <br /> 16.0 ASSIGNMENT <br /> This Agreement, and any claim arising under this Agreement, is not assignable or delegable by <br /> CONTRACTOR either in whole or in part. <br /> 17.0 ORDER OF PRECEDENCE <br /> In the event of an inconsistency in this Agreement, unless otherwise provided herein, the <br /> inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: <br /> • Applicable Federal and State statutes and regulations; <br /> • "Attachment A", Statement of Work; <br /> • "Attachment B", Budget <br /> • Intergovernmental Agreement Face Sheet <br /> • STOP Formula Grant Application for FFY 2005 Funding, OCVA and <br /> • Any other provisions of this Agreement whether incorporated by reference or <br /> otherwise. <br /> 18.0 CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION <br /> CTED'S representative shall be Chris Fenno,Program Coordinator, Office of Crime Victims <br /> Advocacy. <br /> CONTRACTOR designates the following person(s)as a contact to CTED relative to this <br /> Agreement.
