1 I. On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement will be <br /> submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits. <br /> 12. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted <br /> per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. <br /> 13. A Performance Guarantee is required for street improvements on Paine Fieid Way prior to <br /> any building permil being issued. <br /> 14. Walkways must be provided each building to the public sidewalk. <br /> 15. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If <br /> reseeding is nol praclical due to weather or seasonal problems, the ground must be covered <br /> with mulch as directed ty the City Engineer. <br /> 16. Temporary erosion control measures for�onstruction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 17. The sight distance must be shown on the conslruction plans at the new�lriveway. <br /> 18. This site will be served by the Mukilteo Water District. <br /> 19. Detention of storm water runoff is required in accordance with City Standards. <br /> 20. Treatment of slorm water runoff from paved areas must occur, per City standards, prior to <br /> discharge of the storm water from the site or to a stream or welland. Storm water treatment <br /> is required when 5,000 square feet of pavement is created by a project. <br /> 21. The oplions for storm water trealment (or this project are: <br /> a) an infiltration basin, if suitable soils exist on the sile <br /> b) a wetpond <br /> c) a constructed welland <br /> d) a SMI StormFilter, with pretreatment <br /> 22. All storm water(acilities shall be designed in accordance with applicable City standards <br /> and/or design policies. <br /> 23. All collected surface water exiting the subject property must be conveyed lo lhe branch of <br /> Swamp Creek located to lhe west of lhis project. <br /> 24. A specially designated area will be required (or washing of cars by residents of the project. <br /> The area must be hydrologically isolated from the rest of the site, be covered, and wash <br /> water from the area must drain to the sanitary sewer after being routed through a baffle-type <br /> oil/water separator designed to City standards. Signs must be posted on the site-'imiling car <br /> washing to ihe designated area only. The project covenants must contain a clause <br /> prohibiting car washing on the site outside of the specially designated area. If units are to be <br /> rented, the co��enant shall state that a clause that restricts vehicle washing on the site to the <br /> designated area only will be writlen into lhe tenant leases and/or rental agreements. In <br /> addilion, a nole stating that car washing is only permissible in fhe designated area must be <br /> included on lhe storm drainage plans. <br /> � <br />
