• <br /> EXHIBIT A-3 7 <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 7. Construction Report. Prepare a construction report documenting existing and <br /> changed conditions, I-IDD drilling progress and field changes relative to installation <br /> of the ISD. <br /> 8. Record Drawings. Review Contractor's record drawings on a monthly basis to verify <br /> posted changes. <br /> C. Wetland/Landscape Specialist Inspection Services <br /> This subtask allows for up to 7 site visits by GeoEngineers' wetland/landscape specialist. <br /> Attend one pre-construction meeting and site walk-through with planting subcontractor. <br /> Provide one site visit to inspect planting materials to verify quality and species of planting <br /> stock. Attend one site visit to verify that soil preparation is completed to specifications. <br /> Attend up to two site visits to verify planting meets specifications. Attend two site visits to <br /> verify that planting is complete. Write a one to two page memo to document that plantings <br /> have been completed to specifications. <br /> D. As-Built Planting Plan and Report <br /> Create as-built plans using existing base maps to show actual quantities and species that <br /> were planted in the field in each planting zone. Provide a memo describing as-built <br /> conditions and any changes to the planting plan. Include a vicinity map, legal description <br /> and a copy of the deed restrictions (if any) as part of the as-built plans. <br /> E. Environmental Permit Monitoring <br /> Provide periodic environmental permit monitoring services through environmental <br /> subconsultant as needed. Work for this task includes periodic site visits during the period <br /> of construction, when requested, to inspect the site to insure that required BMPs and other <br /> mitigative measures are being placed as required by environmental permits. These visits <br /> will be scheduled to coincide with scheduled contractor meetings when possible. A short <br /> field report/memo (up to 2 pages) will be prepared after each site visit documenting <br /> construction activities taking place, mitigative measures required for the activities and <br /> whether or not they are being properly implemented. The memo may also include <br /> recommendations if changes need to be implemented. Up to 40 hours are budgeted for this <br /> task. <br /> F. Permit Compliance Review/Modifications. <br /> Provide permit compliance review of any deviations from the plans as proposed by the <br /> Contractor and assist in acquiring revised permits, if requested by the City. Provide other <br /> environmental permitting assistance during construction as needed. This work will include <br /> attendance at scheduled contractor meetings when requested.
