October 6, 1975 <br /> I i <br /> ` The regular monthly meeting of the City :of Everett Board of Adjust- <br /> ment was held at 7 :30 p.m. October 6, 1975, in the City Hall Coun- <br /> cil.Chambers, City Hall, Everett, Washington. <br /> The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting were read and <br /> approved as read. <br /> IInder old business a hearing was held on the application of Lester <br /> Forester, 2903 17th Street, Everett, for a variance from the Everett <br /> ' Municipal Code, Chapter 19. 08.O10 for permission to segregate an <br /> existing tract of land into four parcels of which three parcels <br /> will be served by a thirty (30) foot easement to a public dedicated <br /> street (Seaview Way) and parcel No. 4 will have adequate frontage <br /> on a public dedicated street. . <br /> Legal Description: Tract 7, Hlock 3, Seaview Heights, Exceot <br /> the South S feet of the West 150 feet thereof. <br /> 5117 Seaview Way. <br /> Zoning: R-S, Suburban Residential <br /> Mr. Forester was not present but it was decided by the Board that <br /> ___ they would not consider the division of the land into four (4) <br /> ( : ; parcels at this time because the City Council has adopted a short <br /> � j plat ordinance and the applicant's request for land division would <br /> —� no longer be under the jurisdiction of the Board of Adjustment. <br /> � IInder new business a hearing was:held on the application of a request <br /> � by the City of Everett for a variance from Chapter 19 .16 Section <br /> ' .050 Everett Municipal Code, Yard kequirements, Paragraph A (front <br /> ` yard setbacks) from the required twenty (20) feet to less than twenty <br /> feet because of tkie City's Peck' s Drive Improvement Project on , the <br /> following properties: <br /> , 1.
