As-builts of stortn sewer, including the wetpond and detention vauft, sanitary <br />sewer, and water systems, will be required to be submitted per City Deaign and <br />Construction Standards. <br />17. Premise Ident�cation: Premises shall be ident�ed by the corcect address at the <br />street entry. Buildings shall be clearly ident�ed so as to be visible and legible <br />from the access road. Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall <br />be cleariy and legibly ident�ed from the access road. <br />18. This project must comply with the cuRent City of Everett Building Code and <br />Sprinkler Ordinance. <br />19. Special charges for connedion to the sewer and water syatems in accordance <br />with Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequern revisions are applicable. These <br />charges are based on projected water usage and can be aubatential. The <br />Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the ordinanca and determine <br />estimated charges prior to Building Permit apolication. The adual chargea shall <br />be computed by the Public Worka DepaRme�t per the ordinance in effed at the <br />time and according to the iMormation on the approved plana at the time of <br />Building Pertnit issuance. <br />20. All on-site watermains shell be steked within an easement thffi is given to the <br />City. The easement will be submitted to the City prior to isausnce of any <br />permits. <br />21. The crossvvalk to the shopping center must be signed and marked. <br />22. Landscaping must be provided per Section 35 of the Everett Zoning Code. <br />23. Prior to issuance of any pam�its, landscepinp plans must be review�ed snd <br />approved by the Plan�inglCommunity Devetopment Depertment per Sedion <br />35,100 of the Everett Zoning Code. The landscaping plan must show location <br />and dimensions of required vegetated swales, wetpands, detention ponds, <br />rodceriea and retaining walls, and grading at two toot intervals. Irri�aation <br />systems must be provided in all landacaped areas Per Sedion 35•Z30 of the <br />Everett Zoning Code. A two year maintenance assurance dsvice muat be <br />provided for the landscaping per Section 35.1308 of the Everett Zoning Code. <br />24. On-site open space is required on the site, and calculations for open apace must <br />be provided on the plans submitted for building pertnits meeting Everatt Zoning <br />Code requirements. <br />25.
