Because of the location of the subject property in e Multiple-Family Zone and the <br />limited use of vehicles by the residents of the facility, the variance is reasonabie. <br />Because of the site and the circumstances, the variance is granted. Signing: All signing plans for the site shall be submitted and approved by <br />Planning and Public Wurks Departments. <br />4. Fire Hydrants: Two available hydrants are required. They shall be located <br />within two-hundred (200) driving feet but not Goser than fifty (50) feet of the <br />structure. Locations of the hydrants must be approved by the City Fire Marshal. <br />The hydrants must meet City specifications. Lxations as shown on the site plan <br />are acceptable. <br />5. The City of Eve�ett prohibits outdoor buming. No fires for the purpcse of <br />disposing of construction debris will be allowed. Fire safety pradices during <br />construction must be in compliance with Article 87 of the Unifortn Fire Code. <br />6. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in <br />accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to <br />the Public Works Department showing utilities, stortn drainage, temporary <br />construction erosion conVol, and all required improvemeMs in the public right-of- <br />way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to <br />any pertnits being issued.
