Plan <br /> review letter comments from the City of Everett are listed, with the response following in bold type. <br /> Genera� <br /> 1. The code analysis requires revisions as noted in comments for 'Occupancy', 'Fire Resistance' <br /> and 'Egress'. <br /> Information has been added to drawings. See response to comments listed below. <br /> Occupancv <br /> 1. In the code analysis, please identify if the original building was designed to comply with <br /> separated or non-separated occupancies. IBC sections 508.3 and 508.4 <br /> Ground floor and basement = 1A type construction, and meet the requirements for <br /> non-separated occupancies per 508.3 and 509.2. Floors above = VA type construction and <br /> are separated from the floor below by a 3 hr. floor assembly. Information has been added to <br /> drawings.
