The purpoee of ehe parking etructure will not only be to provide <br /> additional parking but to allor the emergency access to be redesigned <br /> aod to provide out-patient acceea. Such atructure requires at les�t a <br /> 20 foot iele width and a 50 foot miaimum radius for turnaround <br /> purposee. If the parking etructure �rere to be developed according to <br /> the zoning standards, there would be insufficient area bet�reen the <br /> ezisting etructures and the aetback line for the turnarounds required. <br /> Ae a result, a setback is neceeaary in arQer to provide the necessarq <br /> width and radiue for the eaergency vehicles. <br />
