The impervious area on the Frito-Lay site (3.19 <br /> acres) is less than the impervious area anticipated in the preliminary Frito-Lay site plan <br /> used in tlie 9%:6/96 summary (6.09 acres). This has occurred because Frito-Lay has <br /> chosen not to pave the south 155 feet of the site and not to build/pave for 150 feet east of <br /> the proposed building. When Frito-Lay completes the southerly parking area and rhe <br /> easterly building/parking, the impervious area wi��be increased by 2.16 acres for a total of <br /> 535 acres which is less ti�an the initially anticipated impervious area of 6.09 acres. <br /> Therefore, no additional detention or water quality facilities will be required at that time. <br /> The entry road n►�off, aPProximately 0.29 acres, will not be conveyed through the <br /> tightline system to the regional detention facility, due to topographic constraints.
