All stormwater facilities must be designed in accordance with City standards. If none <br /> of the above stormwater treatment options are feasible, in tlie opinion of the City's <br /> Public Works Department, a biofiltration swale, designed and constructed in � <br /> accordance with Ciry standards, will be required to treat stormwater runoff. <br /> 17. A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention or other drainage , <br /> treavnendabatement facilities serving areas larger than one acre. ' I <br /> 22. On-site watermain will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement must <br /> be submitted to the City prior to the issuance of permits. 'i � <br /> 23. As-builts of storni sewer, sanitary sewer, and warer systems must be submitted per <br /> City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. I <br /> 24. For the 161,100 sf of manufacturing/office space and the 42,650 sf of <br /> warehouse space, a minimum of 312 parking stalls are required.
