A minimum of 10 feet of sibht obscuring natural vegetation or landscaping shall be provided along <br /> the entire length of any property line adjoining a designated commercial or industriai property <br /> including intemal parcel lines �vithin Seaway Center. This landscaping need only extend to the <br /> native growth protection easement. <br /> Pedestrian paths connecting pedestrian systems on adjoining lots and snderground utilities may be <br /> incorporated in these buffer areas.
