City of Everett
Community Development Department
March 14, 1974
Page 3
B. The enclosed photograph shows that the bank behind
the Suzuki Motorcycle establishment is being used
as a dump for various refuse materials. (A recent
inspection revealed that cardboard cartons, scrap
lumber, uprooted trees, and slabs of broken concrete
have been dumped down the hillside.) The Code
violations and the unsightliness of the result require
no elaboration.
C. Request that the Code be enforced to require that
the offending discarded materials be removed.
You or your representatives are welcome to visit our home to
establish that the offensive lighting, unsightly view conditions,
and refuse dumping conditions described do exist. We trust you
will agree that our requests for remedial action are reasonable
in relation to the need for the protection of residential pro-
perty values as contemplated by the Code.
Sincerely,
W.
