'AJ3-31-2004 12:57 <br />ANKLE 8 FOOT CLINIC <br />4252586933 P.08i0B <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR DETER1bIINATION <br />Review Process II #04-007 <br />August 27, 2004 <br />The City of Everett Planning Director grants approval of a request by the CCJ <br />Properties LLC to reduce the required number of off-street parking spaces from <br />41 to 37 at 3131 Nassau Street. <br />Subsection 34.070.A of the City of Everett Land Use Code gives the Planning <br />Director, using Review Process 11. the authority to allow a reduction in the number of <br />off-street parking spaces of not more than 10% if supported by the City Traffic <br />Engineer. The City Traffic Engineer supports the off-street parking reduction. To <br />support the parking modification, the City Traffic Engineer used following factors such <br />as the type of use proposed and traffic generation, hours of operation, frequency of <br />employ-e and customer trips, the proximity to and availability of public transportation <br />facilities and the likelihood of customers or employees to use public transportation.
