2. Representatives from Geotechnical and Environmental Services Incorporated <br />shall be on site and review proposed constructi-)n plans as stated in the <br />geotechnical report and supplemental. <br />3. A building permit is required for the work pre nosed to be done on site. The <br />construction drawings submitted shall be specific to this site and shall incorporate <br />all recommendations from the geotechnical report into the plans. The Engineer of <br />record shall review fhe plans for compliance with the recommendations of the <br />geotechnical report. If needed, 2 sets of Lateral calculations for wind and seismic <br />anal-sis prepared by a licensed WA St structural engineer shall be submitted at <br />the time of application for the building permit (All lateral requirements should It, <br />incorporated into the plan set). <br />A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in <br />accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the <br />Public Works Department, showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, <br />storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required <br />improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of <br />these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements <br />shall be completed and approved before the final approval is granted. <br />5. Luck of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute <br />approval of these plans. <br />6. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br />construction. Dust suppression, and street cleaning must occur as directed by the <br />Public Works Inspector. <br />7. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public <br />Works Inspector. The sidewalk fronting 35th Street is in poor condition and shall <br />be replaced. <br />8. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of <br />construction. If reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, <br />the ground must be covered with mulch as directed by the City Engineer, <br />9. Temporary erosion control measures for construction a,-tivity must be operational <br />prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br />10. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not adversly impact the <br />surrounding properties. <br />11. The driveway serving this lot should have a vertical curve analysis done to ensure <br />adequate vehicle access. If the driveway takes access to 35th Street, the location <br />should either be offset from Friday Avenue by a minimum of 50 feet or it should be <br />aligned with Friday Avenue. The City of Everett Traffic Engineer shall approve the <br />location and geometry of the driveway. <br />12. All construction on site shall conform to the conditions, recommendations, and <br />requirements of the geotechnical report for this site performed by Geotechnical <br />y/S <br />
