I understand that long term plans may indude senior housin�;. l'he city has minimal control over clearing operations within the city. Dralnage Ordinance 514-7R, Section 3, only states that all developers shall submit a drainage plan for approval prior to commencing work on site. Grdinance 921-53 establishes a permit fee. Qn Pebruary 4, 1 received a call from Tanis Marsh indicating ncighborhood concern over the removal of trees by thc church. Dan �Nathias, Urainage Engineer, and myself, met with Doug and Tanis btarsh that morning ic iurther discuss the nr.ighborh000 concerns. Later that morning, Dan and I met with church representatives, Ron Delap and Chet Solie. Ron and Chet agreed to stop further clearing until the neighborhood and tlie church could have a further meet�nFvj�h review the clearing. i imderstand a discussion was held last Saturday, the 2nd, some of the neighborhood and a church representative, buc all the issues were not resolved.
