I understand that <br />long term plans may indude senior housin�;. <br />l'he city has minimal control over clearing operations within the city. Dralnage <br />Ordinance 514-7R, Section 3, only states that all developers shall submit a drainage <br />plan for approval prior to commencing work on site. Grdinance 921-53 establishes <br />a permit fee. <br />Qn Pebruary 4, 1 received a call from Tanis Marsh indicating ncighborhood concern <br />over the removal of trees by thc church. Dan �Nathias, Urainage Engineer, and <br />myself, met with Doug and Tanis btarsh that morning ic iurther discuss the <br />nr.ighborh000 concerns. Later that morning, Dan and I met with church <br />representatives, Ron Delap and Chet Solie.
