WASHINGTON
110201
INSPECTION O[PARTMLNT
On August 14, 1978 you were issued a construction permit to erect a single
family residence on the following described property:
The Easterly 103.26 feet of the Westerly 300.62 feet of Lot 2, Block 3,
Darlington, as recorded in volume 8 of Plats, Page 29, records of Snohanish
County, Washington
Also subject to an easement described as follows:
10 feet on either side fran a principal center line across said land:
Principal center line shall be the center of existing seer easement with
City of Everett
It has been brought to our attention that there is a possibility that you have
ocnstructed said residence too close to the easement and that said Past eaves
on the residence do encroach into said easement. If the eaves do in fact encroach
into the easement, the eaves will either have to be cut back or removed.
Also: At the present it is contended that the present condition of the easement
prohibits ingress and egress over and across said easement.
We are requesting that said easement be staked out and if there is an encroachment
that it be removed. We are also requesting the easement be restored to a passable
and useable condition.
The above requests ate to be Hone as expeditiously as possible to clear up this
situation.
Respectfully,
LC.•.L ,
Acting isector dd
INO/skw
'NO
1
