I have <br />not found a basis to withhold final inspection due to the house's encroachment into <br />the private easement. I would, however, still be interested in the notice to <br />potential occupants of an unresolved property problem. <br />In my discussions with our Building Department, the inspectors have indicated there <br />is a problem with rear yard set -back that will have to be resolved prior to a final <br />.inspection. This appears to be a serious obstacle which may require a variance, if <br />attainable, to rectify. <br />I will be out of the office during the Christmas week but will be happy to discuss <br />this or other matters after the first of the year. <br />Merry Christmas. <br />V yours <br />- l <br />BRADFORD N.
