'1'hc sile mcasures approxinmtcly 500 fcet in the cast-west direction and 240 fect in the <br />north-south direction. l�he property is hnrdercd to the north by Mukiltco E3oulevard and to thc casL south, <br />and ���cst by residen�ial lots. <br />l�hrcc singlc-family residcnccs arc curccntl� locatcd on thc sitc, and a commcrcial buildine is locatcd at <br />thc north�vcst corncr of thc sitc. A residencc ��-as prcviously locatcd ncar thc south���cst corncr of thc sitc, <br />that �vc undcrstand Bas reccntly bccn dcntolishcd. A gazcbo and a grccnhousc arc located south of thc <br />ccntral portion of thc site. A dctachcd gangc is located south of thc castern residcnce. Sevcral fences are <br />locared �vithin the sitc and along thc site boundarics. A small rockcry is locatcd west of the central <br />residcncc, mid a concrctc rctaining ���all npprosimntely � icct high is located north of this residence.
