The landscaping must consist of <br /> a. qroundcover over a minimum of 75$ of the area, and <br /> b. evergreen trees or shrubs a minimum of three feet in height <br /> at time of plantinq to number at least 6 for each l00 <br /> square feet of required landscape area. <br /> The intent of this requirement is to provide screening of the <br /> parking area and to shield car lights from shining into the <br /> right-of-way. If berming of the plantinq areas a minimum of <br /> one foot in height above the level of the parking lot is <br /> provided, plant heights may be reduced to 2 feet.
