GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. Puget Sound Energy is the natural gas provider in this azea. To initiate new service orders, please <br /> con�act Mazilyn Davis Westlund at(425)356-7512 at least 90 days prior to the required in-service <br /> date. <br /> Any relocation of existing gas facilities for this development will be at the developer's sole expense, <br /> and requires 90 days minimum notice. Please contact Elaine Babby at(206)2242018 to coordinate <br /> relocation requcsts. <br /> 2. The Snohomish County PUD currcntly has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed development. <br /> However,the existing District facilities in the local azea may require upgrading. Cost of any u�ork, <br /> new or upgrade, to existing facilities that is required to connect this proposed development tu�he <br /> District electrical system shall bc in accordance with applicable District policy. For information <br /> about specific electric service requirements, please call the District's Everett office at(425)258-8272 <br /> to contact a Customer Engineer. <br /> 3. Verizon Northwcst will provide service to the site. However, new telephone cable conswction will <br /> be required in conjunction with thc site devclopment. Verizon's engineering will begin when they aze <br /> notified of your construction schedules and telephonc requirements. <br /> It will be the devcloper's responsibility to provide a suitable combination of conduit and uenching <br /> anci/or riser conduit to accommodate Verizon's network communications cable within the complex. <br /> Provided that an acceptable combination of conduit and/or trenching is incorporated into the project <br /> to accommodate Verizon's entrance cable,there will be no costs to the developer for Verizon's cable. <br /> If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, appropriate <br /> cliarges will be estimated and Verizods Guaranty of Payment form will be forwarded to you for your <br /> signnwre. Prior to commenccment of Verizon's engineering for such rearrangement,a deposit will be <br /> requircd.
