Prior to the issuance of IIuilding permits, the Planning Departrnent must approve a plan for <br /> on-site recreation facilities. 1'ot lots must be located in central areas, where adcquate supervision of <br /> children can be provided. <br /> 25. Building facade modulation and rootline variation must be provided per Section 15.050 of the Zoning <br /> Code. The maximum permitted wall length without building facade modulation is 30 feet. <br /> 2G. Pire Lanes will <br /> bc postcd and maintaincd as requircd by the Pire Dcpartment. <br /> 2. Lots/Units 4 V42/43/44/G4/65/G6/67 -Access to the structurc on this lot will be excessive.
