GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. Puget Sound Energy is the natural gas provider in this area. To initiate new service ordr.rs,please <br /> contact Marilyn Davis Westlund at(425)356-7512 at least 90 days prior to the required in-service <br /> date. <br /> Any relocation of existing gas facilities for this development will be at the developer's sole expense, <br /> and requires 90 days minimum notice. Please contact Elaine Babby at (206)224-2018 to coordinate <br /> rclocation rcquests. <br /> 2. The Snohomish County PUD cuacntly has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed development. <br /> Iiowever, the existing District facilities in the local area may require upgrading. Cost of any work, <br /> new or upgrade, to existing facilities that is required to connect this proposed developmunt to the <br /> District electrical system shall be in acwrdance with applicable District policy. For information <br /> about specific clectric scrvice requirements, please call the District's Everett office at(425) 258-8272 <br /> to contact a Cusromer Gngineer. <br /> 3. Verizon Northwest will provide service to the site. However, new telephone cable construction will <br /> be required in conjunction with the site development. Verizods engineering will begin when they are � <br /> notified of your construction schedulcs and telephone requirements. <br /> It will be the developer's responsibility to provide a suitable combination of conduit and trenching <br /> and/or riser conduit to accommodate Verizon's network communications cable within the wmplex. <br /> Providcd that an acceptable combination of conduit and/or trenching is incorporated into the project <br /> to accommodatc Verizods entrance cable, thcrc will be no wsts to the developer for Veriwn's cable. <br /> If 1 rearcangement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, appropriate <br /> charges will be estimated and Verizon's Guaranty of Payment form will be fonvazded to you for your <br /> signature. Prior to commencement of Verizon's engineering for such reamangement, a deposit will be <br /> requircd. To instue timely telephone scrvicc, Verizon requests ninety (90) days lead time for <br /> engincering, procuremenl, and installation of cable ancUor Verizon's equipment. <br /> 9 .;' <br />
