The applicant proposes to modify the building height standard in the <br /> Development Standards Table in the Zoning Code, and the permitted number of residential units in Chapter <br /> 19.15 EMC as follows: <br /> • Modfication of 13uilding Height—IIuilding Height in the R-1(A)zone is limited to 28 feet,as set forth <br /> in the Development Standards Table(EMC Chapter 19, Table 6.1). 77ic proposed maximum building <br /> hcight of 3R.5 feet would exceed the height limit by 10.5 feet.
