Provide �lumbinq for clothes washec <br />and hook-up and plumb in complete owner's laundry tray <br />and faucet. Move existir.y gas hot water tank to new <br />location between the furnace and brick chimney <br />(drawinqs) anu seinstall complete und add floor drain at <br />side of tank. Electrical Basement lighting. instal2 2 fluorescent <br />1 ght xtures (4', 2 tubes each) in the iaundry area; <br />one over the la�ndry appliances and the other one over <br />the new counter sewing area. Place each fixture on <br />separate wall switc6es. Provide $125 allowance for 2 <br />light fixtures, owner to select. install a ceiling <br />exhaust bath fan and liqht combination, fan vented <br />directly to the exterior, on separate switches. <br />Fan-ltght to be a Nutone or equal. Add light on wall <br />swftch in furnace room. <br />Basement receptacles. Add duplex receptacles to walls <br />of laundry - sewing area to code.
