The conaactor has ten (!0) <br />warking days in whieh co aQpeal the aecion by CHIP. Sud appes! must be in wrising and eitha <br />hand delivered or receiyed by certitied mail by the CHIP oifice, 3002 Wetmore, Evicett, <br />W�hinsmn, 9E201 within ten (!0) working•days from the date af mailing the nocifipsion to the <br />conuacta o! hu/her remavai from the Conaac2aa List. <br />The Loan Review Commitue sr.al! set a date for the hearing af apQeal. The concactor shaii be <br />notitled by catiiied mail of said he�ring date. At the hearing, CHIP shall be required co show <br />reasons why it deetru it neeessary to take the conaactoc ofi ot the Conuacsors List or nos <br />allow him/hc an oppoctuniry to participate.
