All work noted herein must comply with the standards set forth•in the Building <br />Codes and Ordinances of the City of Everett. <br />2. All material and permits required for this job shall be provided by the awarded <br />contractor and permits shall be posted prior to start of work. <br />3. All work is to be performed in accordance with the "Standard Specifications for <br />Contracts for Residential Rehabilitation." In any conflict of the specifications <br />af this document with "Standard Specifications", the specifications of this <br />document shall govern. <br />4. The Property Owner shall make na oral comnitments or agreements with the Contractor <br />pertaining to this work. Any changes in the work shall be made by an Addendum or <br />Change Order and signed by the Owner, the Contractor and the Community Housing <br />Improvement Program Representative. <br />5. The premises shall be kept clean and orderly every day during the course of the <br />work, and all debris resultinq from work shall be remaved weekly and upon comple- <br />tion of the work. <br />6. The Property Owner will/will not occupy premises for days during the course <br />of the work. <br />7. Products or materials specified by brand name in the List of Work to be Bid may <br />be substituted by products or materials of equal quality only if approved by the <br />owner in writing. <br />
