All work noted herein must comply with the standards set forth•in the Building Codes and Ordinances of the City of Everett. 2. All material and permits required for this job shall be provided by the awarded contractor and permits shall be posted prior to start of work. 3. All work is to be performed in accordance with the "Standard Specifications for Contracts for Residential Rehabilitation." In any conflict of the specifications af this document with "Standard Specifications", the specifications of this document shall govern. 4. The Property Owner shall make na oral comnitments or agreements with the Contractor pertaining to this work. Any changes in the work shall be made by an Addendum or Change Order and signed by the Owner, the Contractor and the Community Housing Improvement Program Representative. 5. The premises shall be kept clean and orderly every day during the course of the work, and all debris resultinq from work shall be remaved weekly and upon comple- tion of the work. 6. The Property Owner will/will not occupy premises for days during the course of the work. 7. Products or materials specified by brand name in the List of Work to be Bid may be substituted by products or materials of equal quality only if approved by the owner in writing.
