Site Loe Book <br />The Pcrmittee shall maintain a site log book that contains a record of the <br />implementation of the SWPPP and other pertnit requirements including thc installation <br />and maintenance of DMPs, site inspections, and stormwater monitoring. <br />B. Sitc inspections <br />1. Site inspections shall include all areas disturbed by construction activities, all BMPs, <br />and all stormwater discharge points.
