A description of stormwater discharged from the site. The inspector shall note the <br />presence of suspended sediment, turbid water, discoloration, and/or oil sheen, as <br />applicablc. <br />f. Any water quality monitoring performed during inspection. <br />g. General comments and notes, including a brief description of any BMP repairs, <br />maintenance or installations made as a result of the inspection. <br />h. A statement that, in the judgment of the person conducting the site inspection, the <br />site is either in compliance or out of compliance with the terms and conditions of <br />the SWPPP and the permit. If the site inspection indicates that the site is out of <br />compliance, the inspection repor� shall include a summary of the remedial actions <br />required to bring the site back into compliance, as well as a schedule of <br />implementation. <br />i. Name, titic, and signature of the person conducting site inspection; and the <br />following statement "I ccrtify that this report is true, accurate, and complete, to <br />die bcst of my kno�vledge and belief'. <br />C. Turbiditv/Transnarencv Samn�ine Requirements <br />1. Sampling Methods/Effective Dates <br />a. Beginning October l, 2006, if construction activity will involve the disturbance <br />of 5 acres or more, the Permittee shall conduct tur6idiry sampling per Condition <br />S4.C. <br />b. Beginning October 1, 2008, if construction activity will involve greater than or <br />equal to 1 acre, but less than 5 acres of soil disturbance, the Permittee shall <br />conduct trarrspmrncv sampling or turbidity sampling per Condition S4.C. <br />2. Sampling Frequency <br />a. Sampling shall be conducted at least once every calendar week, when there is a <br />discharge of stormwater (or authorized non-stormwater) from the site. Samples <br />shall be represen�arive of the flow and characteristics of the discharge. <br />b. When there is no discharee during a calendar week, sampling is not required. <br />c. Sampling is not required outside of normal working hours or during unsafe <br />conditions. If a Permittee is unable to sample durine a monitoring period, the <br />Disclarge Monitoring Report (DMR) shall include a brief explanation. <br />
