Site-specific health and safety directives for potentially hazardous activities. These <br />directives shall specify the equipment and safety procedures to be used by personnel <br />engaged in the work activitics. <br />7. L'stablishment of the work azea definitions associated with potential contact with <br />ha•r.ardous materials. Planned changes in boundaries during the work shall be <br />identificd. <br />8. Rcquiremenls ror personal protective equipment. The plan shall include a listing of <br />the hcalth and safcty cquipment that will be availablc onsite and required for intrusive <br />site activities during the work under this Contract. <br />9. Pcrsonal decontamination facilities and procedures.
