' 15 <br />3. Time of Be innin and Com letion of Performance. This A�eement shall commence as <br />of the date of execution of this Agreement and shall be completed by June 15,1997 <br />4, ['omnensation. The Contractor shall be paid by the City only for completed work and for <br />services actually rendered which are described herein. Such payment shall be fiill <br />compensation for work performed or services rendered and for and for all labor, <br />materials, supplies, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The City <br />shall pay the Contractor compensation based on the attached Exhibit B-"Compensation <br />Schedule". The maximum compensation for the services to be provided by the <br />Contractor as described in this Agreement shall not exceed a maximum of Two-hundred <br />Twenty-six Thousand For-hundred and eight Dollazs ($226,408). <br />5. Method of Pavment. Contractor may receive payment as reimbursement for eligible <br />expenses incurred. To obtain payment, the Contractor shall file iu requisition for <br />payment accompanied by evidence satisfactory to the Ciry in accordance with the <br />attached E:�hibit C-"Requirements for ConsultandContractor Invoices Submitted to the <br />City of Everett" and comply with all applicable provisions of this Agreement. <br />To receive timely payment, all requests for reimbursement shouid be sent to: <br />City of Everett <br />Public Warks Department <br />3200 Cedar Street <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Attn: Dan vtathias <br />6. Termination of Contract. City reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time <br />upon not less than fourceen (14) days written notice to the Contractor. In the event this <br />Agreement is terminated by the Ciry, che Contractor shall be entitled to payment for all <br />hours worked and reimbursable expenses incurred as of the date Contractor is notified of <br />termination, less all payments previously made.
