GeneraL• The Contractor shall conduct all his work, use appropriate construction methods <br />and equipment, and furnish and install acousrical barriers, all ac necessary so that no noise <br />emanadng from the process or any related tool or equipment will exceed legal noise levels <br />detennined by appropriate agencies. <br />B. Night time Work: [f the Contractor desires to perform any work outside of normal <br />worl:ing hours, Contractor shall obtain all necessazy permits from the appropriate agencies <br />and make all necessazy arrangements prior to commencing. <br />C. Mitigation of Construction Noise Impact: The Contracror shall submit to the Engineer his <br />plans to mitigate the construction noise impacts, including the method of construction, the <br />equipment to be used, and acoustical treatments if necessary. <br />D.
