Payment for all <br />work under this section will be included in the following lump sum bid prices under the <br />following Altemate Work Bid items: <br />"Remove Existing Overhead Utilities" shall include all work associated with <br />disconnecting utility service, removal and disposal of existing overhead utility <br />lines and appurtenances including power and telephone service lines and support <br />poles within the limits of work.
