Use of the site must comply with all City policies and regulations preventing <br />contamination of surface waters, including Ordinence 1750-90, the Surface <br />Water System Ordinance, and subsequent updates to the ordinance. The flat finish would minimize the reflections <br />from the buildings. <br />16. The site development shall also include use of plantings around the perimeter of <br />aggregate storage piles with adequate height ano density to break up the visual <br />impect of these stored materials on the boating public. Pockets of trees similar <br />to the Lombardy Poplars must be used to break up the visual mass of the <br />buildings. Additional groupings of trees shall be p�aced along the access drive <br />to tie the landscaping to Manne View Drive. <br />17. The Applicant must prepare a landsceping plan addressing stabilization of any <br />exposed soils caused by construction actrvities and specific improvements <br />required in Condition #16 above. This plan must be approved by the Planning <br />Department prior to issuance of any grading permits. <br />
