Provide 4 additional off-street parking spaces. <br />h� <br />H -2. Provide five feet of Type III landscaping along <br />y ti ra the north property line. <br />qy p -.3. Provide a minimum of one street tree for every 30 <br />feet along West Marine view Drive. Provide either <br />H m g Sargent Cherry Columnar, Crimson Sentry Maple or <br />Q. another type of tree approved by the Parks <br />Department. The street trees must be installed or <br />r H H a performance bond worth 300% of the cost of <br />gti installing the trees must be submitted to the <br />t7H Planning Department prior to issuance of building <br />r� permits. <br />H o c /4. Provide a minimum of two evergreen trees catween <br />the shoreline and building expansion. <br />5. Provide a landscaping plan that will meet the City <br />of Everett Planning Department's approval. <br />6. Provide automatic sprinklers throughout the <br />Building per ordinance 1759-90. See the attached <br />C1 comments by the Fire Department. <br />7. Construction or substantial progress toward <br />�- construction of a project must be undertaken <br />.� within 2 years after final approval of the <br />permit, and completed within five years.
