The <br /> fl.istrict Fnaineer will consider eny comments from Federal and State agerfc.tes <br /> concerninc� t.he proposed activity's compliance with the terms and conditions of <br /> lhe NWP �nd the need for mitigetion to reduce the proiect's edverse enviton- <br /> ment:�l effects I:o e minimal ].eve.l. The District Enqineer will upon receipt of <br /> a noP.if.ication provide .immediately (e.g., facsimile transmission, overniaht <br /> matl , or other expeditious manner) a c:opy to the eppropriate offices of the <br /> I_ISFWS� State natural resource or weter quality egency, EPA, and, if appropri- <br /> ate, the NMFS. With Lhe exception of NWP 37, these agencies will then have 5 <br /> calendar days from the date the material is transmitted to telephone the <br /> 3 <br />
