A <br /> waterside service must be extended to each lot. <br /> Conclusion: Adequate water supply can be provided to City <br /> standards with the extension of a s�de service to each lot. <br /> b) Adequate sewage disposal to City Standards; <br /> Finding: There is an existing sewer main that is located in <br /> Rainer Drive tliat can provide service to the site. A sewer <br /> side services must be extended to eacl� lot. <br /> Conchision: Adequate sewer disposal can be provided to <br /> City standards witfi the extension ofa side service. <br /> c) Appropri�te surface water management to City Standards; � <br /> Finding: This project will be required to provide on-site \ <br /> detention. The property frontage will need to be improved b <br /> City standards.
