Page 2 <br />Request for Variance <br />3226 Rockefeller Ave, Everect <br />ParkinF Requirements <br />Several properties have already Ueen conveited ro office space and some older <br />residential space has been converted to multi-family space. The proposed use of this <br />building will no[ substantially affect those adjacent owners. Immediately to the <br />south there has been constructed a major law office with parking abutting the alley. <br />To the north, also, t.he multi-family housing has parking abutting the alley. If this <br />variance is granted, with the reques[ for "stacked parking", we will have qualifed <br />the site for the required parking. Our use of the building and the kin� of �usiness <br />that we are in will not s�u�tantially change the traffic pattern in the neighborhoo�. <br />Some of the traffic in and out of our oFEic� will be by "walking courriers" who do <br />not use automobiles. If the cCacked parking is allowed, it will be only our personal <br />inconvenience at stake. Given the fact of only two or three employees, and the fact <br />that if clients are in the office, the employces must also be there, that inconvenience <br />will be minimized. <br />The comprehensive plan calls for a mix of off�_� use and multi-family use in <br />this area. The proposed use is for office space. <br />
